Barbequed Potatoes

Boil 1-2 potatoes, depending on the size of the potatoes, skins on, per person (I used Yukon Gold this time, but any potato that boils well is good for this recipe)

 

Boil the potatoes until just tender, but not mushy. Drain and rinse with cold water as soon as they are done.  Rinse every couple of minutes until cool to touch.

 

Slice thick rounds, leaving the skins on.

 

Place on grill and brush a thin coat of your favorite BBQ sauce (I used Kraft Honey Garlic sauce this time). Turn and brush the other side. I try to turn and brush at least three times.

 

Since the potatoes were pre-cooked grill them until you get the ‘doneness’ you like.
