Stuffed Mushrooms

1/2 can Hormel canned ham

1 lb. mushroom caps

8 oz. cream cheese

4 oz. blue cheese (optional)

2 T finely chopped onions

grated cheddar cheese

Sauté mushroom caps quickly in butter. Drain well on paper towel. Cool.

Meanwhile mix ham, cream and blue cheeses with onions.

Stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture and top each with cheddar.

When ready to serve microwave until cheddar melts.

Ingredients may be adjusted to taste and this dish may be made ahead.

Serve with:
** Pinot Noir
