1/4 cup walnut oil
2 Tbs. Vegetable oil
1 LB Brie Cheese, rind removed
1/4 cup cooking sherry vinegar
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper
Heat oils over low to medium heat- cube brie and add to oil-whisk till melted.
Whisk in vinegar, cream, salt & pepper- stir till well blended.
Can be reheated in a double boiler but best the first time served!
Serve over lettuce(your choice) with toasted chopped walnuts and cubed granny smith apples.
