Use SMALL tube pan
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups pumpkin
** Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and beat.
** Add dry ingredents, beat.
** Add pumpkin and beat at low speed.
** Bake in greased tube pan at 350 for 1 hour 20 minutes
Icing
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 box confectonary sugar
Blend all ingredent together.
