Chili

 

1 LB ground beef

1 diced onion

1 clove of garlic, minced

1 can drained red kidney beans

1 (14-15 oz) can diced tomatoes

1 tablespoon or more chili powder

1-2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

1. Brown and drain beef.

2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour or more.

Serve with:
